Requirement Analysis & Quotation
Send us your design files or physical samples. Our engineering team will evaluate the materials, dimensions, and finishes to provide a competitive and detailed quote.
Mould Development
Upon agreement, our in-house Mould Department will begin tooling. Having an independent mould workshop allows us to strictly control precision and shorten the lead time.
Sample Production & Approval
We produce pre-production samples for your review. We will not proceed until you give the final approval on the sample's quality, Pantone color matching, and hardware functionality.
Mass Production
Following your approval, the project moves to our specialized workshops (Injection Molding, Hardware, and Assembly Departments). Our mature production technology ensures high-volume output with stable quality.
Quality Control & Delivery
Our Quality Control Department conducts rigorous inspections at every stage—from raw materials to finished packing. Finally, we arrange on-time shipment to your designated location.
